this is a feminist article right? On a serious note men do tend to be the leaders of everything. They have the old pressures of being the provider and the muscle of the family. In the article the text talks about how commercials attract men attention with sexy images of a woman doing just about anything so he will feel more of a desire to indulge into that product. But is this traditional commonly known way of thinking the actual truth.? I don’t want to merely summarize the article to get to the point it discusses different techniques that food chains use to attract the male brain for consumption. But what I would like to discuss is how has it changed over time? to be more on the female side there are plenty and I mean plenty of commercials that are trying to sell makeup, hair products, age recovery, weight loss, food products, that are constantly trying to be sold. The article its self was a little contradicting, as to why I am creating a new focus question. What are the overall techniques of selling products? is it really just focused on men nowadays? or has it veered more towards woman? I believe iv seen more commercials for woman’s desires then I have for a man in a 4 min time span.
